Senior Project Manager

Renee brings over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, with particular emphasis on Construction Manager at Risk projects. She has worked her way up through the construction industry serving in roles as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Preconstruction Oversight and is currently a Senior Project Manager for our team.

Renee provides oversight for major construction and renovation projects, managing the design, construction, renovation and remodeling of buildings, as well as site and utility systems, when applicable. She is comfortable supervising all construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. This includes communicating to the Owner, Architect and subcontractors on a regular. Renee is able to understand and evaluate technical information related to each project in order to efficiently prepare, justify and administer budgets for projects to ensure cost-effective support for the client.

She is a Procore Certified Associate, a cloud-based project management system, which aids in the accountability of transparency and communication across the project team on each project. Renee is OSHA 10 Certified.
